Shareholders elect new supervisory board at interexa AG's general meeting

At interexa AG's general meeting on 10/04/2011, the shareholders elected new members to the supervisory board. Dipl.-Vw. Patricia Nagel and Prof. Dr. Sven Fischbach were newly elected to the supervisory board. They replace the former members Volker Herminghaus and Thilo v. Czarnowski, whom the company would like to thank very much for their commitment and dedication. Dr. Jens Kolter will remain chairman of the supervisory board.
